Class Description:   This is Maestra Esparza from first grade.Since the after school care activities are about to start, I would like to let you know about the activity that I will carry out on Mondays.

It is going to be in Spanish and it is called “Historias con legos”. The main idea is telling kids stories in Spanish but without an end. So they will have to use legos to represent an imaginary end. Later, I will ask them to use their lego constructions to explain their story-ends and once they are finished I’ll reveal the real end.
The main objectives of this activity are prompting imagination, developing their fine motor skills and of course, practising Spanish.
